How to get the broccoli plant from the fridge
I was in the grocery store on a recent Friday night, having just finished an order of broccoli and cauliflower and the usual array of sauces, condiments, and garnishes that I’ve grown accustomed to in my daily life.
At this point in my life, I’ve only ever eaten the vegetables that I eat when I am home with my family, and these were both in the form of broccoli florets, but there was something missing.
I had ordered a bowl of broccoli rabe, and as I took it out of the fridge to cool it, a little pink streak began to form on the edge of the bowl.
I looked at it and realized it was not broccoli, but something else entirely.
“Are you serious?
I have to say, I was not expecting this reaction at all, and I have no idea how it happened.
I guess I have a tendency to go out of my way to avoid food that I do not like, but I guess that was just me.
I’m not sure what caused this anomaly, but when I looked up the recipe for this soup, it was quite similar to my experience.
The only difference was that this soup was made with cauliflower instead of broccoli.
I will admit, I have never had this before, but in hindsight, I can say that I never expected to be so disappointed when I tried this.
I am so glad that I made this at home.
This soup is definitely worth the effort.
This is a very hearty soup, and you don’t need to use up any of your leftover vegetable stock.
It is a nice change of pace from the typical vegetable soup that you might have found in the produce section of a grocery store, but it is still filling enough for anyone to enjoy.
The broccoli makes the soup very filling, and it pairs perfectly with the chicken, and the potatoes are very flavorful.
I hope you enjoy this broccoli-based soup as much as I do.
The next time you are on your way to the grocery shop, make this broccoli soup for dinner and share with your family.
This broccoli soup is a great addition to any meal.
The vegetable stock makes the entire soup very flavorful, and there is nothing quite like making a vegetable soup with this soup.
Try this soup today and see if you can tell the difference! Enjoy!
