‘Avalanche’ will feature a giant snow leopard as a backdrop

UPDATE: The movie adaptation of the hit Snow Leopard franchise will feature the giant snow-leopard as its backdrop, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The Snow Leopard movie was set to begin production in January 2018, but was delayed in March 2017 amid the deadly Ebola virus pandemic.
The film will star Michael Fassbender, Emma Watson, Lupita Nyong’o, Idris Elba, and Tilda Swinton.
The Snow Leopard film will also feature two new locations, including the Himalayan mountains.
The movie will also have a female lead.
The actress, who plays the title character, was originally cast in the lead role but was moved to the supporting role after the director’s request.
Fassbinder will play the character’s lover.
“The Snow Lion’s” script is by Christopher Lawrence, with the script originally written by John Ridley, and Michael Fischbinder.
Lawrence wrote the original Snow Leopard screenplay, which starred Fassbin and was based on the first two books by James Patterson, which is currently out of print.
Fassbender is known for playing the role of Snow Leopard on the hit NBC series The Office.
He is currently filming The Big Short, which stars Matt Damon as a banker who tries to save his life after losing his job and losing his home.
Fischbender will next be seen in the upcoming sequel to The Lion King.
